can i download all apps or were they pre loaded i have a 65" smart samsung and there are a lot of apps i can't download

I am installing 50” Samsung smart tv. I am planning to run a wire from the back of the tv (hdmi) to the router/modem. The router does not have a hdmi port. What do I need to,accomplish this..
