We just connected this sound bar to our Samsung Q70 TV. The sub woofer keeps making crackling and snapping noises. We adjusted it as suggested to between +6 and -6. It is not as bad, but still happening frequently. Any suggestions.

Does the speaker work independent of the TV for playing music via bluetooth from phone...just like a portable bluetooth speaker?
