Spacing of holes for wall mount?

I have a 46" 6000 series. The full motion wall mount I have says up to 46", but the bezel is much larger than the 50" TVs you're making today, by approximately 2-3". On the back are the mount holes going to be the same as the older 46" TVs? I'd like to upgrade, but I have such a nice full motion mount I'd hate for it to be useless.

The VESA screw hole specs for this model are 400x400, and the standard screw size (M8) is usually universal. Check with your wall mount manufacturer if this will be compatible.

1080p playing in 720X480/60p

I'm just wondering if that is indeed correct? Shouldn't it read playing in 1080p vs 720p??

The panel will always convert whatever signal is coming into the television into a 1080p signal, since only a 1080p signal can be shown on a 1080p panel.

If your DVD player is sending a 480 resolution signal, the TV will turn it into 1080p
If your Cable box is sending a 720 resolution signal, the TV will turn it into 1080p
If your Blu-Ray player is sending a 1080p signal, the TV will show the 1080p signal.

Now, the TV will add resolution using processing, and it may not be Blu-Ray quality if you're watching a DVD (which is standard definition). But that upconversion process is still automatic.

What the Information Bar is displaying is your INCOMING resolution. That way, you know what the incoming resolution from your devices really is.

What is the width of the 'quad stand' by itself?

I can't seem to find this info anywhere. Even an inquiry directly to Samsung only quoted me the TV width. I need to know if the stand width will be too large for my existing box stand.

Samsung recommends that the TV be set on a structure or piece of furniture equal to or greater than the length of the television. For this application, even if the stand is shorter than the width of the panel, we recommend that your furniture be at least as long as the TV is wide.

A box stand is not recommended.

The size of the font will largely depend on the features included with the specific App. Nook may have one maximum size, and Kindle may have another.

Since Samsung doesn't produce those Apps - although they are hosted on our Android systems - those specific App developers would be the best way to find out that information.

Many developers may also have a reviews section or will take requests and suggestions for features, so the Apps developers are the best people to ask.

I have a Samsung LED Smart TV, model UA46F5300AR bought in Saudi Arabia and want to purchase the USB Wireless Link Stick. Which model is compatible? The Samsung website and live chat support have been of no help to me. The only model number information I can find is WIS09ABGNX or WIS12ABGNX; which are listed in the electronic manual, in the settings of the TV itself. I just want to make sure I purchase the right product, and if purchased from the states, that it will be compatible.

Sound bar sometimes doesn't work

A HD-Tuner is included in the television, but you may need to get a small indoor antenna depending on where you live for the local channels.

Most major metropolitan areas will have several channels to choose from.

I read on another web site there is a transmitter on the cord you plug in from the tv to the wall outlet.

There's not a transmitter on the power cord.
