Will this keyboard work with the UN55D6900 Samsung TV. I am trying to buy it as a gift and am kinda computer illiterate....lol

The Smart Wireless Keyboard is compatible only with certain 2012-2013 models.

The UN55D6500 is a 2011 model, and has a keyboard on the remote control, so this model would not be compatible.

Adding another device is going to make this a little more difficult if you want to run all of the audio through the Audio Bar. I can't see your previous question (or my answer), so I'm going off memory, but I thought I remembered there was a game system you wanted to connect also. If that's the case, someone's going to have to unplug it unless you want the third device (game console?) audio going through the TV speakers only.

The Blu-Ray player will connect to the TV with HDMI, and to the audio bar with optical cable.
The TW Cable Box can connect with either HDMI or Composite cables (Red,Blue, Green + Red/White audio). Most cable boxes will have both optical and analog, so we'll use analog since the Blu-Ray player is using the optical input. For the audio, use this cable to plug the 3.5mm into the audio bar, and the RCA (red/white) to the cable box.

If there is another device, you may have to disconnect the items from the audio bar manually or listen to that device's audio through the TV speakers. If there's not another device, then you're all set and this should get you on your way.

Also - now is a good time to make sure you have an HD cable box. It makes a huge difference.

Thanks for the question. The pedestal drawer is secured to the rails with screws, so to remove the drawer, you'll need to follow these steps:
- Open the pedestal drawer
- Locate the 2-3 Phillips head screws toward the front of the track on each side
- Remove the screws from each side, then lift and pull the drawer off the track

Reverse these steps to reinstall the drawer in the pedestal.

Regarding news about deal with NOOK

I just read that NOOK signed an agreement to be the ONLY reading APP on the Kids Tab 3. What will happen to all my KINDLE content in ADULT mode ? Will I no longer be able to access that ?
ALSO - Will I be able to load the apps for the Reading websites they for school - Razkids, ABC Mouse , etc ??

The Nook is preloaded, although the other apps are usually available for you to download from the Google Play Store.

It's up to you if you'd like to add those book apps to the Kids section.

We aren't sure about the apps you listed. The Google Play Store website is at this link:

I have purchased a Samsung wireless keyboard VG-KBD2000 and it does not work due to no Bluetooth in the TV, can I get a USB dongle to enable it to work on my TV and if so where from/

The unit is wireless, so no USB dongle would be compatible with that model since it's designed to work with the Bluetooth receiver in the TV. We're not aware of a third-party option that will connect your wireless Bluetooth keyboard to the television.

Sorry, but we aren't able to troubleshoot this.

What wireless keyboard WILL work with my UN55F6300AFXZA?

A USB HID (Human Interface Device) Compliant keyboard will work.

Samsung doesn't make a wireless keyboard for this model (We have them available for the F6400 and up models). We can't recommend or specify any keyboard, other than it must be attached with USB and support HID Compliance.

There is no EH6300 Series LED.

Could you please post the question with the full model numbers you're looking at? It may be a significant difference between model numbers, but the full model numbers would be helpful.

External Speakers Not Working with this TV.

When I go to plug in my JBL Soundbar into the 3.5 cable and/or optic cable outputs, it is not working with this TV. I have selected the "External Speakers" in the sound settings and nothin happens. The sound bar works great in my Panasonic...

Did I just get a TV with bad outputs for sound?

If the External Speaker setting isn't sending the audio signal out, then you may want to consider service.

If you've already registered, call 800-SAMSUNG and have a technician dispatched - Best Buy may be able to send a Geek Squad Agent out, too. The TV is not a year old yet, so it's likely still well under warranty.

That we know it works with another TV indicates that there's an audio issue with the port, or it's connected incorrectly. Likely the former, so let's get a tech to check it out.
