However, the BD-F5900 model will support Amazon Instant Video.

That is correct.

You can add memory to your Tablet, however a hard-drive connection is not supported.

This will have cell capabilities, but will not act as a phone.

Will this work in Colombia?

We can't say for sure which services will work, although it will likely charge and work with Wi-Fi standards. However, we cannot guarantee that - we can only speak for the United States region for products sold in the U.S.
