Further question on wireless connectivity?
Apologies in advance if this question is redundant. My understanding is that wireless keyboards are also HID compliant, with connectivity provided by a Bluetooth dongle that fits in the USB port. Does this TV support such a USB connection?
Does any large-screen Samsung TV support Bluetooth, wireless-keyboard connectivity via a USB connection?
No apologies necessary. We're here to help, and glad you asked.
Naturally, with the number of keyboard devices available in the market, we can't test and confirm them. In most cases, you can connect a wireless keyboard as long as the connection doesn't require the installation of the driver (since that wouldn't happen on the television). It's a general rule of thumb, but the results may vary.
Samsung offers a Bluetooth keyboard offering for several LED models that have Bluetooth included (F6400 and up), and that model is the Samsung Bluetooth KBD-2000 keyboard.
Samsung televisions may or may not work with other Bluetooth keyboard devices, but we do know that the KBD-2000 would be compatible - as it was designed to work specifically with the televisions.
Thanks for your interest in Samsung televisions.
