65 samsung less than yr ago.....made hissing sound and stopped working. any warantee?

Does the TV have a 110-240 V?

is the crystal uhd higher or lower end compared to the regular Samsung uhd ? which tv is better the uhd UN75RU7100FXZA or the crystal RU9000 and why?

I am trying to figure out why I can only find video reviews on the Q80 and Q90 not Q850, what is the difference? Are these the same as the Q80 they just include the rears?

Hi Kyle, The Q80 and Q90 soundbars are 2019 models which is why you are seeing more reviews of them. The Q850 will have a wider feature-set including built in Alexa and Samsung Symphony compatibility. ^Scott
