Does this tablet support a 400 gb MicroSD card? the samsung website says it does but other sites say it can only accept a 256 gb micro sd

Interior of door with plastic film not fully attached. Is this normal? The display model at best buy had the same thing. Is there any danger? Please answer, and don't just refer me to a support site. I would appreciate a straight answer.
