Will I still need to use my apple tv box with the Samsung Smart TV? I know you can download many of the apps I use from what I read, so I am not sure it will be required. In particular, I use the MLB app and NatGeo on that device.

Hi Greg! While the MLB.TV application is supported on the 65Q70T, the NatGeo application is not. You can continue to utilize an external streaming device to get this content on the TV, or take advantage of the screen mirroring and Airplay features to send the content from a mobile device. ^Tim

I am going to take this TV to a country where there is 220V. I know it is 120 Voltage made for USA. But does it work with step dawn power convertor ?
