(RF220NCTAWW) Hello Joe! If you have frost in the freezer, warm air is entering the freezer compartment and can be remedied. If the flap on the ice dispenser is not closing properly, it allow's warm air to enter the ice maker compartment, and causes frost build up in the ice maker. To check the flap, open the left side door, and look at the black flap inside the ice chute. If the flap is in the correct position, it is flush against the housing. You will also want to ensure the Freezer doors are not left open and the gaskets are not dirty or damaged. This will help prevent frost from forming in the unit. Hope this helps! ^Cole
