Cloudy Images During Dark Scenes

I purchased this TV on Monday and having been getting a cloudy image during dark scenes. This is very annoying because it is so noticeable. The picture appears to be OK during other scenes, but I'm not sure. I have a 5 series plasma that is about 4-5 years old and the picture on that is perfect. This TV doesn't come close to that. Now I understand that it is plasma verses LED, but we are talking 4 years of technology difference also. Can this be fixed or do I just need to return the TV?

We're sure sorry to hear that you're having a difficulty with the screen. There can be some minor screen uniformity with any panel where some areas of an LCD panel can be slightly lighter. But it sounds like yours is a more extreme case, and needs to be further looked into.

If you're within the return policy, why not give Best Buy an opportunity to address it, check out the panel, assess the situation or help you with options on getting something that better meets your needs?

Not if you have a Serial ATA III port.

Check with your computer's manufacturer (or the motherboard) to see if the connection is possible.

Does the new Samsung 65" LED UN65H7150 have the interface with DirecTV?

I saw that the 2013 Smart TV models from Samsung had a DirecTV interface, where you don't need to get a DirecTV box. How does this interface work with an existing DirecTV subscription that I already have? Does it save money in your subscription?

This model is RVU-compliant, and can work with select DirecTV Genie systems. DirecTV would be better able to address how the service works, but this TV is "RVU-Compliant", so that means it is ready to work with their technology.

Pricing and availability can be best answered by a Best Buy salesperson.

In some cases, they have estimated arrival dates. At this time, Samsung televisions do not have an official "release date", but are immediately available when they arrive at the stores.

Is the chromebook able to connect to the internet through 3G with an iPhone as a hub?

If your phone can produce an SSID for the computer to connect to, you most likely will be able to connect to the Internet wirelessly that way.

3D glasses for UN46FH6030AFXZA

Will these glasses work for this tv. In an earlier post it said that it would not but having just bought this a week a go the advertises '3D HD" and the manual says that the Samsung #D glasses are sold separately.

Sorry for the misunderstanding - we'll check out the posts and see which poster noted that.

The SSG-5100 glasses will be compatible with the UN46F6030, and the rechargeable SSG-3570CR models will also be compatible.
