As with some earlier Samsung models, can the picture height and width be expanded so that really wide theater images can be expanded to fill out the 185:1 screen with no black bars top and bottom? The loss of data to the sides does not bother me.

Spinozist - To change the image size, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings. You can choose from Fit to Screen, Zoom and Position, and Picture Size. Under Picture Size, you can change the size of the picture displayed on the TV screen to 16:9 Standard, Custom, or 4:3. Please keep in mind supported picture sizes differ with the input signal and content you’re watching.

Samsung Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door Counter Depth refrigerator features 27 cu. ft. capacity, Dual Auto Ice Maker and a modern design with a Stainless look finish.

I asked where this refrigerator is assembled. The South Carolina location produces washers. Can you give me an honest answer, Samsung?

Hi Kiinil,

Samsung refrigerators are primarily manufactured in South Korea. While Samsung is a global company with a large presence in various countries, their refrigerators are predominantly assembled in South Korea and then exported worldwide. Although it's possible for them to have factories in other countries, particularly where they anticipate a large consumer base, there's no readily available information about dedicated Samsung refrigerator factories in the US

Samsung refrigerators are made in South Korea, Germany, China, Hungary, South Africa, Luxemburg, Sweden, and India.

Please feel free to reach us via the options below, as we look forward to getting the serial number of your refrigerator to further assist you.

Is this suitable for outdoor use

Hi Bruce - The Q7F TV is not intended for outdoor use, as it does not carry an outdoor-use rating. If you’re looking for a TV built specifically for outdoor environments, we recommend The Terrace, which is rated for use in temperatures up to 122°F.

Does it have hdmi 2.1 ports or 2.0?

Hi SamsungMike - HDMI 2.1 is a somewhat complicated specification, so to better help our customers with their TV decision-making, we highlight the specific features supported by each TV model. All 4 HDMI ports on the QN70F are capable of Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Dynamic Metadata (HDR10+), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and 4K@120Hz (up to 144Hz for PCs). eARC support can further be found in HDMI port 3.

Is the remote easy to see and use for seniors?

Hi,

The U8000F remote is a smaller remote. However, you can use a third-party remote that is more suitable for seniors.
