How in the world do you empty the trash bin. I had to take a tool a drag some trash out.very annoying. I hate to throw this in the trash

We would like to let you know that the dirt chamber is located in the pad and once it is full you would just dispose of the pad and put on a new one.

I accidentally vacuumed my floor without a pad. I was wondering where the crumbs went and if I damaged the vacuum itself?

How do I clean the chamber once I’ve used the vacuum with out a pad?

We would like to let you know that the dirt chamber is located in the pad, there is no dust cup on the Vacmop. The Vacmop should not be used without a pad.

My 11 year old decided to vaccume my living room carpet with my vacmop. It won't work or charge now when you plug it in it just blinks red and does nothing. Can this be fixed?
