Why am I having such a hard time ordering a PS5 and seeing the availability in Westland Michigan?

Can this radio receive AM & FM stations?

No, it does not. This is a Satellite Radio device only. We do carry one FM station, KissFM from Los Angeles on channel 12.

can you pair the unit with additional Bluetooth speakers

The SiriusXM Tour radio with the Vehicle kit has 3 ways to deliver audio. The audio can be transmitted over Bluetooth, or via FM (built in PowerConnect or additional FMDA25 adapter), or via the Aux Audio output. Only one can be used at a time. The Tour does not support connecting to multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. If you wanted to connect the Tour to a Bluetooth speaker instead of the car radio, it is possible, but be sure that your Bluetooth speaker has controls to adjust the volume.

If you'd like to switch your Bluetooth playback device, they can quickly switch audio by selecting different “connected” BT device from Bluetooth setting MENU.

What (technically speaking) is included in the "Home Kit" and what is included in the "Car Kit"? Will Sirius allow me to Transfer my current subscription from my Auto Radio to this Onyx Radio since I don't use my Auto much anymore?

I'm unclear as what you mean when you say "Auto Radio." But if you have a current radio built in to to your car that has SiriusXM, that has a subscription, yes, you can transfer it to a new radio, like the Onyx EZR. There is a $15 activation fee for this new radio. But the one you've selected here, the one with a home kit, would be used in you home. You can also buy an additional vehicle kit, SXDV3, you could also get if you want to listen in your car periodically. Under the Overview and Specifications, it lists all the kit contents and there is a link to the quick start guide.

Just bought a 2020 ford ranger......no Sirius....will this work in my truck? Does it have to be installed professionally?

Yes it will work in your radio. We do recommend professional installation for the best sound quality and performance but this radio is designed for a do-it-yourself installation.
