Thank you for your question. Your Tour radio needs an active satellite subscription before it will receive any services. You can add a subscription online at www.siriusxm.com/activate or call SiriusXM listener care 1-(866) 635-5027 and activate your Tour before you can connect to your phone for the streaming content. If you are still having trouble with your Tour connecting to your phone after you activated it, please send an email to email our support team at sxmtour@siriusxm.com, and include your Tour Radio ID and the make and model of your cellphone.
