I have a camp ground trailer that has and old radio cassette player would I be able to replace that with this model and would I need to buy anything extra for installation Thanks

Not likely. The Onyx Plus radio needs to connect to some type of an FM radio as it does not have any speaker outputs or volume controls. If you want to replace your current FM Cassette radio, look for a SiriusXM-Ready model and then add the SXV300 tuner, sku 8110015, and then you'll get SiriusXM.

Where exactly would this be placed in my 2013 Honda CR-V? Does it need to be professionally installed?

The Onyx EZR comes with a vent mounting clip and a dash mounting pedestal- either can work for your application. It is always a good idea to consult a Geek Squad Agent professional installer.

Will this receiver power a BlueTooth speaker?

You will need to purchase SXDH3 or SXDH4 (SKU: 6408108)home kit to listen to your Onyx Pus radio in home. SiriusXM home kit does not support b=Bluetooth. You will need to connect the SiriusXM home dock with amplified speaker using Aux in cable.

How far will the FM signal travel? I hope to use FM radios throughout the house to pick up the signal.

The FM signal is only available in the car and is transmitted using the vehicle power adapter to the car radio. This is not something that can be done in the home with either the home or car docks.
