What is the max.horizontal distance between mounting screw holes? ie The holes on the back of my TV are 26 in. apart. Will it fit?

The mounting frame is 32" W x 8.75" H; the max distance would be approximately 28".

No, middle shelf is not adjustable. Height between middle and bottom shelves is 8.5", between top and middle shelves is 8.25".

My swivel mount does not turn. Is it defective or am I supposed to loosen a bolt in order to make it turn? If the latter, which bolt should I loosen?

I just finished assembling this stand. It looks good, but the problem i have is that it does not have base foot for leveling and to keep it stable at the back side, under the metallic bars? Because of that the table is kind of wobbly?
