Hello! To reset or change the language on your Washer or Dryer, please follow the instructions below:

Washer:
1. Power on the Washer
2. Press and hold the buttons "Spin" and "Soil" together. The Washer display will show a countdown for a factory reset. Release the buttons when the countdown is done Washer will now turn off
3. Power on the Washer, if it doesn't turn on by itself
4. Press the "Start" button to choose English as the language
5. Press "Start" again to confirm language as English
6. Press "Start" to proceed with connecting the Washer to WIFI; otherwise, Press the "Power" button.
