I would like to purchase this dryer but what is the steam feature? and how would and what would I need to set this up at my home to be able to use this feature? the last dryer I bought I thought I could use that feature but did not have the setup to use

Hello! For model WED6720RR the Steam-enhanced cycles and options help prevent wrinkles, refresh clothes and reduce static. So your clothes come out looking their best. For steam models you would use a Y Connector and inlet hose and connect it to the washer inlet line. I did NOT get "Can Caddy" last week(2026) with my fridge. BBY sent me another unit but it is missing "Can Caddy" too. Who from Whirlpool can help me get one? BBY tells me it doesn't come with "Can Caddy" anymore but Whirlpool POC just told me it does.

Can this dryer reasonably be used for non-commercial use? Is there a homeowner setting? It is the only larger capacity dryer shallow enough to put on a shelf in my laundry nook. I need a dryer less tham 30 inches deep that can fit a queen blanket

Does it still have the "Can Caddy - Metal Wire Rack" as of Jan. 2026? Ours doesn't have it. BBY sent a brand new 2nd unit as a replacement. However, the 2nd one didn't have it either. Folks at BBY tell me it doesn't come with it anymore.
