Hi, guys. After my first usage of Breville - the Barista Express Espresso Machine I found apr 3 tablespoon hot water in wet dry separator drip tray. Is it normal ?

The machine will purge water into the drip tray when first turned on, and after each use.

When using the Fast Combi button, should you NOT use the metal crisper tray or trivet, since metal can't be used with the microwave? I'm assuming the Fast Combi button utilizes microwave, oven, and airfare.

The machine will indicate when the crisper tray should and should not be used.

No, I'm sorry. The unit requires 8" clearance from the top, and 6" clearance from the sides.

Is there a similar model that just takes grounds we don't need to grind beans and it has to do americano's?

You may certainly simply use pre-ground coffee with this model. But if you want a model without a grinder, the BES840 Infuser is basically the Barista Express, just without the built-in grinder.
