Can you put a whole apple, orange, etc in without having to peel or core?
While an apple or, for example, pear could be placed in the Breville® BJE200 Juice Fountain® Compact could be processed without peeling, generally citrus should always be peeled as the pith and rind can drastically change the flavor of any juice extracted.

There's a button in the images that shows an option for a chocolate or mocha drink. How is this accomplished? Is there a place to put in chocolate powder into the machine to allow you to use this feature, or how does this work exactly?
There is no 'Hot Chocolate' or 'Mocha' setting on the Breville® BES880 Barista™ Touch. It does have programmed drinks for espresso, latte, cappuccino, flat white and americano.
