Probably a stupid question but this PC isn't just for VR right? VR in the name just means it's powerful enough to support it?

Any question including yours is certainly valid. The PC itself can be used for VR as the hardware meets it requirements but does not necessarily mean it has to be used for VR. This PC can be used as any other Windows based PC to surf the web, check e-mail, play games, watch videos. Typically, VR headsets and applications require the PC they're being used on to meet specific requirements for them to work correctly.
