I just bought this computer yesterday, what NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 does it come with is it like a founders edition?

Unfortunately the included graphics card brand or model is not specific other that it will be an NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB graphics card. We carry graphics cards from various major brand manufacturers otherwise the graphics card that will be configured on the PC you ordered will depend on what is available at the time of production. Can I install an Elgato Game Capture, is there a slot for it? , an internal DVD optical drive ?, and can I add an internal wifi card? Would rather have internal wifi as I hear gaming doesn't do so well with a USB wifi adapter

The motherboard in the computer has various PCIe slots available for use. You will be able to fit an Elgato and a Wifi adapter. However the computer case does not have any bays for a internal optical drive so a external drive will be needed if one wishes to use disks. Can I install an SLI bridge to make this SLI compatible? If not, how can I make this SLI compatible?

The motherboard supported in the computer does not have the feature to support SLI/Crossfire. In order to have that feature you will need to replace the motherboard with one that allows such feature. What brand is the ram and is it 2 4gb or 1 8gb ram?(Im new to pc)
