Why is it that my screen starts up and then goes to this gray thing and I can check all the hardware but can normally start up my computer

It is recommended you have your TV or monitor connected directly to the video cards ports and not the integrated graphics ports. Also, make sure you have only one cable connected to each TV or monitor. Connecting more than one cable from your computer to one TV or monitor will cause windows to think you have more than one TV or monitor connected. I've heard that some of the parts cyberpower uses are aftermarket is this true? I would also like to know if people assemble these because I've heard that they rush thorughh the build process. Too much money for a bad product.

So my computer came with a motherboard MSI MS-7996 will I be able to uninstall the 730 and install a 960 or will i have to switched Motherboards?

Yes, the NVIDIA GT 730 video card can be replaced however it is also recommended you upgrade the included standard 500 watt power supply as that may not be be able to provide power to the NVIDIA GTX 960 and the rest of the components. Can I use a ethernet cable for the wifi?
