Unfortunately the specifications for our pre-configured PC sold through BestBuy cannot be changed as these components are pre-installed with the listed hardware. The parts within the PC are otherwise can be upgraded (graphics card, RAM...). Does this work with VR headsets (specifically Vive), i mean it is a gaming computer

As an entry level model gaming PC, this will not be compatible for use with VR headsets. VR headsets typically require a minimum of an AMD R9 or RX series video card or an NVIDIA GTX 970 or newer GeForce series video card. Suppose i dont get the geek squad protection plan and i have issues with the computer is there any way to fix the cmputer with any warranty or anything???

Can I play American truck simulator on this pc at a decent setting and the keyboard that comes with this pc the white lettering on the buttons rubs off on the left hand side of the keyboard after 6 months of use

This model PC should be able to play that game at medium to high settings without any problems.
