My remote isn't changing the lights

The first day I got my pc I tried changing the lights but it didn't work. So I thought I had a dead battery and went to the store and got new batteries. Still doesn't work.

Does this Motherboard support SLI?

I'm thinking about getting a second 970 card with this computer, but, I want to make sure I can run the two cards in SLI. I'm assuming I'll need an SLI bridge to go with this...
