Would this be able to play games like SWTOR and SC2

I plan on getting this pc in the future but I need to know if it would be able to run games like Star Wars the Old Republic, Starcraft II and Smite not on max graphics but on low/medium graphics.

Hello, On the bottom of the case it has a spot with holes, could I add just any fan in there or is the hole just to circulate the air?
