Can this rig be upgraded to 32G RAM?

Exact PSU Model?

I was wondering what the exact PSU is so I can determine wattage calculations. I was also wondering, could a GTX 950 run perfectly fine in this? Or would I have to upgrade PSU as well?

what is the maximum hard drive size it will support for internal bays?
