i got this in late September of 2021, ever since I've noticed that the fans are very loud, this has been a day 1 issue I'm not sure if the fans are just not high enough quality or if the fans came dirty and just need to be cleaned?

Where is the storage bays located? In the side of the left,right case or in the back of the desktop?
