I just got this PC and through my Ethernet connection it wont go any faster then 80-90 Mbps. I have tested 3 other computers and they are get up over 300 Mbps. I have 300 mbps from xfinity. Do I need to return this computer? It is a week old.

I do not see the remote to change color of computer. Where is it???
