I have lost my screen. Alarm clock still works.. but- i have no screen to display the time and touchscreen ability is a no go. Please advise. I have owned this Lenova Smart Clock for about eight months.
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. First try a restart of your Smart Clock. Unplug the Smart Clock and let stand, unplugged for 30-seconds. Plug the Smart Clock back in. The screen should display the Lenovo Logo after approximately 30-seconds and begin its startup process, ending with the normal clock face displayed, with the correct time showing. If this restart does not fix the screen issue, now try a factory reset of the Smart Clock. Hold down both the minus and plus buttons on the top of the Smart Clock for 20-seconds. A window should appear on the screen alerting you that you are about to reset your Smart Clock in 60-seconds. You can either press the cancel button are press the Reset button to begin the reset immediately. If you can not see the popup window on the screen, continue holding down the minus and plus buttons for 2-minutes. The Voice Assistant should alert you that the Smart Clock is resetting. Follow the Voice Assistant instructions. After the reset, the screen should now be visible. Follow the onscreen instructions to setup your Smart Clock again. If the issue continues and you still can not see the screen, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for Smart Devices at: 866-426-0911.

Why has my device turned off (while plugged in) and will not turn back on? I have unplugged it, replugged it in. My son has one & this happened to him last week. It turned off for 3 days straight & then one day it just turned itself back on.

The Lenovo ThinkVision M14 monitor, model number 61DDUAR6US, can not be daisy-chained to another monitor. The ThinkVision M14 Monitor ships with 2 x USB 3.1 Type-C (DP1.2 Alt Mode) video inputs, so you have flexibility when positioning your external screen on either side of the laptop you are connecting to. There is no video out capability from these ports to another monitor. You would need to connect the monitor directly to the laptop or through a compatible multi-monitor universal docking station.
