can i have the alexa removed from this device? if i buy this will i be forced to use cloud services?

This Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82ND006QUS, is Alexa Voice Assistant capable, but the service is only activated by the user when they setup an Amazon Account through the Alexa Software.
