In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. That really will depend on the APPs you will need to use and the requirements and compatibility of those APPs. Keyboard not working. It is plugged in to USB at back of keyboard and orange light shows it is charging, but keyboard is not responsive. Keyboard has been charging over 20 minutes.
Check to be sure that the USB wireless receiver is installed within a USB port on the computer. Then check that the on/off switch on the keyboard is in the on position. Depending on the model number of the wireless rechargeable keyboard you have, there is an on/off switch either on the front right edge of the keyboard or on the bottom of the keyboard. Be sure this switch is in the on position. If there is no/off switch on your model number wireless rechargeable keyboard, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

compatible with thinkpad thunderbolt 3 workstation dock? previously used this dock with a P52 (work computer) still have the dock with pair of monitors connected to it so i am looking for something to "plug & play" to use the monitors.

This Lenovo ThinkPad E15 Gen 2 Laptop does not have that connectability available.
