This Lenovo Chromebook 3 11 uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. This Chromebook is compatible with any printer that is compatible with the Chrome Operating System. We recommend you check your printer manufacturer's web site for the compatibility of your specific model printer. My clock stops working when I connect it to the charging base.it just shuts off. Once I remove it from the charging pad i unplug the clock and plug it back in and works fine, but same thing, once I place it on the charging pad it just shuts off.

Try resetting your Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock. Connect the Smart Clock 2 to the Wireless Charging Dock, then hold down both the minus and plus buttons on the top of the Smart Clock 2 for 12-seconds. If after 12-seconds the Smart Clock 2 screen does not display instructions for the reset process, take the Smart Clock 2 off of the Wireless Charging Dock, unplug and let stand unpowered for 30-seconds. Plug the Smart Clock 2 back in. Once powered on completely, reset the Smart Clock 2 as explained above. Once the Smart Clock 2 has reset, place on the Wireless Charging Dock. The nightlight will turn on when the connection is properly made with the Wireless Dock. If the issue continues after the Smart Clock 2 reset, we recommend you contact lenovo Tech Support for Smart Devices for additional help at: 866-426-0911.
