Hey, Fred. It does not feature a 3.5mm jack, but you could use a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter should you require a wired connection. Also, yes, you can connect headphones and other audio devices using its Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.

Does the "out of box" Come with a full warranty

I have a new computer straight out the box. The keyboard is not able to connect to PC and a new batter was installed. It’s as if there is no connection being made between the 2 external hardware? What should I do?

To try to resolve this, first, ensure that the battery terminals are clear of obstruction. Second, ensure that the USB transceiver that is housed in the mouse next to the battery slot is removed and placed into any USB-A port on your AIO.
