Hi, Ram. Yes, you can use those services, but as for the mic, there is not one built into the desktop. Would have to rely on microphone input from the monitor you connect it to, a stand-alone mic, or headset.

What brand of hard drive is in the Ideapad 1i? I have yet to see a Seagate that didn't fail, sometimes within 30 days.

Hi, Rando. It would depend on the time of manufacture, but it could be made by Samsung, MICRON, Hynix -- but there are none supplied by Seagate.

Do this have an pcie where you can install a nvme?

Hi, thank you for your question. This model does feature a PCIe NVMe storage slot, but it is already in use by the preinstalled 256GB M.2 SSD. You would have to swap the drives should you wish to expand internal SSD storage.

This device comes with 16 gigs of ram. Can this be upgraded to 64 gigs (2x32) and handle it or is it capped at 32 gigs (2x16)?

Hi, Tatertot. The system should be able to handle 64GB of memory, but it specifically cannot be higher than DDR5-4800 as the CPU is not compatible with a higher memory frequency.
