It can not charge through any other port on the computer, only the dedicated charging port on the back of the laptop. The USB-c ports have Power Delivery capability to an external device, but can not charge the laptop.

You will need to setup the computer with your personal settings/information and activate Windows 10 Operating System, which is already installed on the computer. There are both audio as well as on-screen, step by step setup and Windows 10 activation instructions to help you with the initial start up process. During the Windows 10 Activation process, Windows 10 will update to the latest version and install the latest BIOS and driver updates. You may be asked to approve the update or postpone it, if the updates are not critical.
