What is the best pen/mouse to go with this computer? I'd like a stylus. Also, I have a USB insert mouse from a previous computer that does not fit in the ports. I'm not sure what goes in those ports.

The Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

Can we fold it completely to work it as iPad?
No. The Lenovo Chromebook 3 14, model number 82KN0000US, does not have 360 degree hinges and can not be used in Tablet Mode.
