Is this good for conducting business?
Than will really depend on the software you will be using to do your work. We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web sites, of the required software you will need to use, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Why doesn't the Spectrum App work without the screen vibration? It contains jumping lines when viewing.
Make sure the APP you are trying to use is compatible with the Chrome Operating System. We recommend you check with the APPs software publisher's web site for the APPs compatibility with the Chrome Operating System. Try uninstalling then reinstalling the APP on to this Lenovo Chromebook 3 14. Try changing the screen resolution on the Chromebook 3 14 from FHD (1920x1080), to HD (1280 x 720).
