Can we increase the Ram to 16 GB

No. The 12GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-14 model number 82BH0002US, ships with is soldered to the motherboard, without additional RAM memory slots available. The RAM is not upgradeable.

Does this Laptop come with an SD slot to upload Photo/Video?

Although there is no SD card slot built in to the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-15, you can use an external, USB-based SD card reader with this laptop.

The RAM within the Lenovo Yoga 9i-14 is soldered to the motherboard and there are no RAM slots available. The RAM is not upgradeable. This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. We recommend you consult with your certified technician about your options for upgrading the 256GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe solid state hard drive within this configuration.
