Can I leave my Lenovo Legion 5 plugged in all the time, or will this damage battery?

If you will be leaving your Lenovo Legion 5 15 Gaming Laptop plugged in, you should turn on the Battery Conservation Software located within the Legion Vantage Dashboard. The Battery Conservation Software will prolong the life on an internal laptop battery by only charging the battery to 60-Percent capacitiy while plugged in.
