Can I use a portable dvd/cd/disc drive with this?

For Chrome Operating System devices, CD/DVD drives are limited as to storage of readable files.
Music and video files are not readable without drivers, which cannot be installed on a Chromebook. ChromeOS users may best best off using an SD Card or External Hard drive.

As you point out, the Lenovo Legion Tower 5i Gaming Desktop, model number 90NC00J9US, ships with the Nvidia GeForce GTX1660 Super GPU, which has three different video out ports: 1x DVI, 1x DP, 1x HDMI. Depending on the connectivity of your monitor, use the port your video cable and monitor require. A VGA monitor would require an adapter. connect the monitor to the proper port, power on the monitor, boot up the computer and the Windows 10 Initial Activation screens should appear. If you have speakers attached to the computer, you will also hear audio instructions for activation of Windows 10. Follow the instructions to get to the Windows 10 Desktop. Where are there 8 usb ports? I count 2 on top and 4 in the back. Also Lighting on cpu cooler not working seems to be a common issue. Other than that seems to running well.
