Is the battery removable/replaceable?
No. The internal battery is not user replaceable. It can only be replaced by a certified technician.

Okay so if you can’t add ram what can you do to increase speed? I bought this computer less than a year ago and am generally really happy with it but recently it has gotten so slow. Even after deleting all downloads/computer history it’s so slow.
