Does Lenovo make a docking/charging station for this one like they did for my Thinkpad T61p? Or is there a recommended aftermarket brand and model that has USB 3 as well as charging capabilities?

You can use a universal USB 3.0 docking station with the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS. The IdeaPad 3 15 uses a dedicated charging port which will need to be used to charge the device, even with a docking station.
