Does the 14 inch model have a regular sized keyboard, as the 16 inch one's keys seem to be closer together than on a normal laptop?

Hi, clouseau. The spacing between the two is identical, with the major difference being that the 16" features a number pad placed beside the QWERTY keyboard.

Does this come with Microsoft and Windows or do you have to purchase it?

Hi, Peaches. The Tab M11 does not come with Microsoft Word, or any Microsoft 365 software preinstalled, but the (365) app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Also, Windows is not installed on the M11, as it uses Android OS as its operating system.
