Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. AMD 3rd Generation Ryzen 3 processor. If you are asking about the Intel Core i3 10th gen processor the AMD Ryzen 3 is comparable in performance but is made by AMD, not Intel.
