Bought this and i can't set it up can i get some help please

The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14 Laptop, model number 81VS009GUS, provides both audio as well as onscreen, step by step activation and setup instructions for the initial activation of Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. Is the refresh rate 60hz or 75 hz? One answer above say 60hz and the other 75hz.

I'm looking for a computer to work from home with. Don't have the job yet, but that's the plan. Would this be ok for that? I am not computer savvy at all! TIA.
