Hello, what is the max RAM it an be upgraded to? Is it 4Ggb internal and 4gb memory card in the slot?

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3-15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM in the one available RAM slot. Your certified technician can replace the 4GB RAM stick with a 8GB RAM stick for a maximum system RAM total of 12GB DDR4-2666MHz. We recommend you consult your certified technician for your upgrade options.

The Lenovo Flex 3 11 is a Chromebook. It ships with a 11.6-Inch screen (screen size measured diagonally). It uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

Can I play Minecraft on it? Also Would It be good for a middle schooler? Is The touch screen good?

That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the game you want to play and the APPs that will be used by the student. The Lenovo Flex 3 11 Chromebook ships with the Chrome Operating System and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. We recommend you check with the both the specific game's software publisher's web site as well as the web sites of the APPs the student will need to use, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

The title says 128 GB Solid State Drive but the specifications say it is 256 SSD, which is it?

Is this 110v or can handle 220v?

The computer is 110V. It does ship with a dual voltage AC adapter/charger with a USA compatible wall-side plug. To use outside the USA, you will need to purchase a wall-side plug adapter, compatible with the country the computer will be used in.

No. The Manufacturer's warranty runs concurrently with any 3rd party warranty you have. What you will have is the extended coverage the 3rd party warranty brings. The Manufacturer's warranty only covers limited hardware OEM issues for 1-year.

The internal battery is not user removable.
