CORRECTION: The Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15 Gaming Laptop, model number 81LK01MSUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. . There is one 8GB RAM stick within this model. There is one available RAM memory slot that is capable of supporting up to 16GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM. Your certified technician can replace the existing 8GB RAM stick with a 16GB RAM stick for a system total of 16GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM.. We recommend you consult your certified technician about your upgrade options.

Hello, No this is a Chromebook. All Chromebooks run on ChromeOS not Windows 10.
