Does this computer have google chrome?
No. The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop model number 81WE011UUS, ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Windows 10 S-Mode uses the new Microsoft Edge Internet Browser. To install Chrome Browser, you would need to switch out of S-Mode to Windows 10 Home Operating System. Expanding storage... Lenovo people! What are my options here? The specs say m.2 is available. Some can do a HDD swap with tools to make that easier. The SD slot doesn't sound good either. Link to Lenovo site for documents appreciated! Thx!!
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The IdeaPad 3 15 ships with a 256GB NVMe TLC solid state hard drive. We recommend you consult with your certified technician about your storage upgrade options.

That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the software you want to download. The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 model number 81WE011UUS, ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System.
