I got this laptop about a month ago and I've been having trouble with plugging in 3.5mm headphones into the laptop. The built in mic works but any kind of plugged in headset with a mic seems to be extremely quiet. I have tried everything please help :)

Does this laptop work well with Quicken, interface with the Bank and filing, and TAX software?

That will depend on the requirements of the software you are using and the compatibility of the software and the web sites you visit. The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14 Laptop model number 81W0009DUS, ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. Does the computer boot from the nvme drive? In other words, is the OS stored on the nvme or hdd?

The ethernet port for this model is on the back side of the computer with all the other ports. The ethernet port is right need to the power plug port on the back of the computer.
